1. Scope of Services

AJD Enterprises provides custom measurement, supply and installation of netting and grill solutions for residential and commercial properties in Chennai. All installations are subject to site feasibility, which is determined by our technicians during the initial inspection.

2. Quotations and Pricing

Validity

All quotes provided verbally or in writing are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.

Variations

Final pricing is based on exact site measurements taken by our team. If the actual measurements differ from the initial estimate provided by the client, the final invoice will be adjusted accordingly.

Exclusions

Prices quoted do not include additional civil work such as masonry, painting or heavy structural alterations unless explicitly stated in the invoice.

3. Payment Terms

Advance Payment

A standard advance payment, typically 30%–50% as specified in your quote, is required to confirm the booking and dispatch materials.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance must be paid immediately upon successful completion of the installation on the same day.

Accepted Modes

We accept UPI, bank transfers and cash.

4. Installation and Client Responsibilities

Permissions

The client is solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or Non-Objection Certificates (NOC) from their building society, landlord or local authorities prior to installation.

Site Readiness

The installation area must be cleared of fragile items, furniture and obstructions. Our technicians require access to standard power outlets for drilling and tools.

Delays

If our team arrives at the scheduled time and the site is not ready or accessible, a rescheduling fee may apply.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

Material Warranty

We provide a limited warranty on the durability of our materials, such as nylon/HDPE nets and stainless steel invisible grills, against manufacturing defects. The specific warranty period varies by product and will be stated on your final invoice.

Exclusions

Warranties do not cover damages caused by:

• Intentional cutting, tampering or improper use.
• Animal interference, such as rat or squirrel bites, unless a specific anti-rodent product was purchased.
• Extreme natural disasters, fires or structural failure of the building itself.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications made by third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

While our team takes reasonable care during installation to avoid damage to your property, AJD Enterprises is not liable for minor, unavoidable cosmetic wear during the drilling process, such as minor paint chipping around drill holes.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders cancelled before material dispatch will receive a full refund of the advance payment.

Orders cancelled after custom materials, such as pre-cut invisible grills, have been processed or dispatched may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the wasted materials.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
